Custom furniture was created to fit the space precisely, prioritizing durability, functionality, and aesthetic consistency with the modern theme.
Efficient and modern MEP systems were installed, including energy-efficient lighting, reliable plumbing, and climate control systems designed for tropical conditions. All installations were executed to support the building’s functional requirements while aligning with the minimalist interior design.
